The way induction cooking works is very simple: a high frequency alternating current passes through a coil of copper wire located under the ceramic surface. When a pot with a ferromagnetic (cast iron) base is placed on the hob, a magnetic field is created that induces the heat directly inside the pot.

Vacuum-sealed cooking preserves all the natural aromas and flavours of food, which remain in the plastic cooking pouch, and also allows you to cook without having to add any fat.
It is done at low temperature, slowly and delicately, without stressing the food. Meat, for example, turns a nice, even pink colour throughout and you get the impression you are eating perfectly cooked meat from the first to the last bite.

Microwave oven - which use hot air to cook - allow you to roast, cook au gratin, grill and brown food. They are ideal for cooking pasta, meat, side dishes and desserts. The main benefits of convection cooking are its speed and the option of cooking food at a lower temperature and 30% faster than in a microwave oven. This makes significant savings in terms of energy, produce and seasoning possible. The hot air distributes heat more efficiently, ensuring that food is evenly cooked.

Peltier technology makes it possible to control temperature precisely thanks to heat transfer technology. This technology works particularly well in small cooling systems, ensuring a good ratio between energy efficiency, length of use and size.

Vacuum Systems

Our automatic vacuum sealing systems allow you to preserve small- to medium-sized portions of food, saving time and money. In this way, the food retains its original freshness for considerably longer than in conventional plastic bags and containers, keeping all its sensory properties intact. The air is sucked out safely with a vacuum performance of about 90% so the food stays fresh for longer, without preservatives. This system can also be used to prepare small portions of food and for slow-cooking.
